When scheduling appointments, please know that my cancellation policy is 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled or needing to be rescheduled without 48 hours notice are charged the full session rate. You agree to this policy upon scheduling an appointment.
Payment is accepted via cash, check, venmo, credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards. Due to poor reimbursement rates, Chelsey does not bill insurance. If you would like to try to submit the sessions to your insurance company yourself, Chelsey can provide you with an invoice. Please call your insurance company ahead of time to confirm whether they will accept this from you.
The office is located right off of 405's exit 17, in building A of the Longhouse Offices in the Houghton area of Kirkland (first floor, in the back, to the right).
